Why is it that as I'm driving home I'm so tired I'm struggling to keep my eyes open and then once I get home and lie down in bed I suddenly get a rush of energy and can't fall asleep?? damn irony...

eff red bull. I attended a Relay for Life event in which Red Bull sponsored it and was handing out free Red Bulls and me and my friends thought it'd be a hilarious idea to see how many I could drink in a night...
9 cans later I was drenched in sweat just from sitting down my heart was beating so fast.
red bull aint got nothing on starbucks iced coffee italian blend. i generally try to stay away from caffiene but i drank one of these out of desperation one night and i felt like i'd taken a dose
I've got the opposite problem as Strum. I'm on vacation, but I'm so used to getting up at the asscrack of dawn that I can't sleep past sunrise. I have absolutly no reason to be up this early, but I can't fall back asleep. Oh well, I just have to take a nap later.

I don't know if any of you guys remember this, but a week ago or so in some random thread (maybe a job-venting thread?) Wooz enlightened us with those splendid noisemakers for around the office. I ordered 2.
They make me love my job, atleast a little bit more than before. ;D

^^Just put them in before I left yesterday. I hid one inside the printer/copier, which it is right next to my desk so at first it seems silly, but it's such a common place to go and people are on edge when using that piece of crap machine anyways so when they hear the random beeps they go apeshit crazy smacking the printer thinking it'll solve all their problems. Cracks me up everytime

Think I'll take my bike out after work tonight... roll like the world was nipping at my heels... find the end of the Earth on some quiet hilltop to enjoy a cigar... watch the sun crash and the stars burn... then slink back home before reality notices I'm gone....

actually - that sounds very very good - but I don't think I would get the same effect in my minivan

I'd have to agree. The first time I tried one, I was definitely bouncing off the walls. I can't recall the last time I had that much energy!
Apparently this is how I'm supposed to feel after drinking it: "Starbucks® Iced Coffee reminds you what it’s like when you are in sync with the world, when things just seem to naturally fall into place… when things just click" ...but I would say the feeling is more like this:
Haha...I had to pull an all-nighter to write a 15 page term paper once. 4 cups of coffee and 4 red bulls later, it was done. Needless to say, NOT a fun morning after.
On a positive note, I got to spin some glowsticks last night! I am going to make practice poi tonight too, I'm super excited
