I'd also almost guarentee he took either steroids or hgh as well, looked more like steroids. If you really want to get in shape, dont read menshealth, its rubish, check out muscular development.

Yeah, its pretty insane, im kinda suprised that they didnt just do more traditional weight lifting, but the guys had to get pretty athletic too, and not just big, so it makes sense.
number 2: the first time i ever heard of 12-ounce curls was at last year's bonnaroo...it was like 10 a.m., we were hangin in the shade getting ripped in another sort of way, and my friend proceeds to tell me that a girl had just told him she could tell he worked out...to which he responded, "no f***ing way, brah! 12-ounce curls all the way!"

Looks like steroids over hgh? how in the hell do you know? How do you know everything in the world?

Well mostly because he, and a few of the other people had gyno. HGH is a little more extreme as well, so just on that front it seems more likely it was steroids. HGH also often will change the shape of your face more then steroids. I am the world.

Yeah, its totally worth it though. ;D Actually, gettin ripped in the other sense can give you gyno too, perhaps he got ripped in several ways before the movie.....
