I know I just made a thread but I just stumbled across this article and now I just feel sorry for her:
Britney 'attempted rehab suicide' BRITNEY Spears has flipped her lid in rehab, trying to hang herself with a bedsheet after screaming "I am the anti-christ" to frightened staff.
She made the demonic cry after scrawling the devil's number "666" across her head.
Spears's manic behaviour has concerned relatives who once again fear for her safety, and has staff at the Promises Clinic in Malibu, California struggling to cope.
The former chart-topper's troubles have been revealed in Britain's News Of the World, which broke the exclusive story.
Within days of her suicidal behaviour, Spears - who was in and out of rehab before shaving her own head and later attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella - was begging estranged husband Kevin Federline not only for a reconciliation, but demanding she wanted to soon have another baby.
The ordeal began when she terrified staff by writing the number of the beast on her head and running around the clinic screaming, "I am the anti-christ!"
"The clinic people just didn't know what to do," a friend claimed.
The pop star then tried to hang herself with a bedsheet was but was found before she could hurt herself.
ya it is sad. i was thinking she was just trying to change her image. but i dont know what she would be trying to change to with this. female marilyn manson?? i think marilyn manson already as the femal marilyn manson covered too. either shes got a very very serious drug problem, is mentally ill, or is trying to change her image and create a career relevant to anyone over the age of 13. no matter what its pretty sad.
I think britney spears needs to enter an infinite coma, only because its pretty bad to say someone should just die.
damn ziggy... she didnt answer your letter or something? ;D i dont like her music and it annoys the nuts out of me that i have to hear about it like its world news when she freeks out. who cares? isnt there a war? but i hope she gets better and is able to live a happy life and provide a happy life for her kids. i can always change the channel or pop in a cd or something when she comes on. watch out for that karma. if i said something like that i wouldnt wanna leave my house for fear i would end up in a coma.

Haha, i've thrown karma to the wind lately, maybe if i got a dollar at the end of the year for each karma point i had itd be different, but since i dont, i refuse to let karma control me. ;D I say that because i doubt shes genuinly sick, and is just doing it because she's an attention whore, and knows she has no talent. If she is crazy, i think she probably brought it on herself, so i cant feel too bad.
^ I agree, all these stars act like spoiled children. Going to "rehab" should not be equivalent to a 5-star vacation - it belittles the whole concept for people who have real problems and go there.
edit... seriously though is that really true? i hope it's a joke, cause that's way too out there even for her!
Haha I saw this on tv. He was walking down the street in puerto rico with a jacket that said 666 on it and people were screaming at him and calling him diablo, it was funny. And then to watch the guy (still wearing the 666 jkacket) speak about god was hilarious. People can get away with anything these days, just say its for god.
^^^ It's crazy though. People are actually marking themselves with 666 because they are his followers and they want everyone to know. They must have missed the part in the Bible where it says not to take the mark.
i still think brit could clean up, loose a couple pounds, make a album, and the media and fans would let her top the charts agian. id stil like to see her in another school girl outfit if you know what i mean nudge nudge wink wink
i really hope she is waking up to the autrocities that are taking place in the world and what a huge part of corporatism her "empire" has become. Maybe this is what's flipping her out? or maybe not, either way, I hope she regains her health and actually does something worthwhile with her world reknown as a celebrity.

i second that. i hope she gets better. being super famous makes you crazy after a while because... well i'm not sure how it happens but there are plenty of examples of famous folk who loose their minds cus they can't live a normal life.
