I just wanted to start a thread of what Pearl Jam songs most people (PJ Fanatics) would want to see them play at the Roo this year.
1) Garden 2) Tremor Christ 3) Faithful 4) In Hiding 5) Hard to Imagine 6) Footsteps 7) Fatal 8) Sad 9) Light Years 10) Once
I regret not putting more on here but wanted to just focus on ten Pearl Jam songs out of their tremendous collection of amazing songs. I would also ask what other five non-Pearl Jam songs or covers that I would like to hear played:
1) Hard Sun (Into the Wild - Eddie Vedder) 2) Believe In Miracles (Ramones Cover) 3) Let Love Reign O'er (Who Cover) 4) Little Wing (Hendrix Cover) 5) Long Nights (Into the Wild - Eddie Vedder)
I've only seen them three times, so my list of songs that I want them to play still includes some common songs I haven't seen yet.
1. Yellow Ledbetter 2. Porch 3. Rearviewmirror 4. Breath 5. Hard to Imagine 6. Go 7. Release 8. Present Tense 9. Long Road 10. Animal
1. Baba O'Riley (Who cover) 2. You've Got To Hide Your Love Away (Beatles cover) 3. Masters of War (Bob Dylan cover) 4. I Believe in Miracles (Ramones cover) 5. Let My Love Open The Door (Pete Townshend cover)
1) Spin the Black Circle 2) Oceans 3) Life Wasted 4) State of Love and Trust 5) Daughter 6) Guaranteed 7) Hail, Hail 8) Light Years 9) Elderly Woman behind the Counter in a Small Town 10) Hunger Strike *not sure if it should be a cover or not*
1) Baba O'Reily -Who 2) War Pigs - Black Sabbath 3) All Along the Watchtower - Dylan 4) A Quick One While He Was Away *with Jim James - Who 5) Shine on You Crazy Diamond - Pink Floyd
"Do you see my smokin' guns? They're smokin from a shootin', smokin' from shootin', smokin' from shootin' at nothin dear, Do you live your life on the run? Losin out on lovin. Askin for nothin, Runnin from something that isn't there." --My Morning Jacket--
this will most likely not happen, but i'd like to see them play "wash"

3) Let Love Reign O'er (Who Cover)
i think you might mean "love reign o'er me." that'd be cool if they played it, but if they play any who material it'll most likely be "baba o'riley" since it'll be so loud when the crowd sings the "don't cry, don't raise your eye..." part
I have seen them cover Fortunate Son and it's pretty d@mn awesome. Yeah, I forgot Master's of War which is one of my favorite covers of theirs. I could see Eddie ripping it with the Accoustic up there.
Hunger Strike would be a cover for Temple of the Dog. Wish they'd play that but it is very highly doubted they would.
Thanks for the correction Ratsoup...meant to put "Love Reign O'er Me". That would be an incredible cover for them to play and the crowd would definately dig it. (But it's Pearl Jam so the crowd will dig anything they play cuz they musical gods).
I like Pearl Jam and always have but i've never been a die hard fan of theirs but i've gotta say that the "masters of war" cover is probably one of my favorite cover songs ever.
1) Red Mosquito 2) Down 3) Footsteps 4) Gone 5) In Hiding 6) Porch (every show, sorry but my absolute Favorite) 7) Off He Goes 8) Daughter w/ a new tag 9) Someone said Wash, yeah 10) Bushleager
Ok, just 10?
11) Don't give me No Lip 12) I believe in Miracles 13) Long Road 14) Crown of Thorns 15) Crazy Mary at Roo would be great, played a lot, but C'mon!! 16) Release
1. yellow ledbetter 2. alive 3. black 4. tremor christ 5. nothing man 6. better man 7. spin the black circle 8. go 9. daugher 10. elderly woman behind the counter in a small town
i am mainly into the first three albums, but will be down to jam out to all pearl jam

I love most of their cover. Baba does make a nice sing along, would love to see them do it at Bonnaroo. If i got one request for the set list it would be 25 Minutes To Go
1. Realese 2. State of love and trust 3. Why Go 4. Indifference 5. Crazy Mary 6. Given to Fly 7. Spin The Back Circle 8. Animal 9. Porch 10. Wash 11. Footsteps 12. Wishlist 13. in my tree 14. Rearviewmirror
1/2 Full is a GREAT live song that they jam out to. Army Reserve is another song that was up there on my list. Rats too would be an outstanding song that I've yet to see them perform. Man of the Hour would be one I haven't seen played eighter but I would perfer some Eddie solos to that song (not that it's a bad one).
^^^ Im sure they will play it. Don't get me wrong, its a great song with a great solo by Mike. But when you've seen them countless times I'd rather subsitute another song there that's on my wishlist.
1. Satan's Bed 2. Rearviewmirror (seen them three times and haven't heard it once!) 3. Porch (same as RVM) 4. Yellow Ledbetter (again, 0 for 3) 5. Red Mosquito 6. Breath 7. I Got ID 8. Brain of J 9. Breakerfall 10. All Those Yesterdays (doubtful, but a man can dream)
as for covers
1. Baba O'Riley 2. Gimme Some Truth 3. Sonic Reducer 4. You've Got To Hide Your Love Away 5. Masters of War
It was tough to pick only 10, so I'll give honourable mentions to Go, Animal, Big Wave, Inside Job, Don't Gimme No Lip or Mankind (I wanna see Stone sing!), Habit, Insignificance, Nothing As It Seems, Oceans, Present Tense, Spin The Black Circle, Wash and DIRTY FRANK!!!
Nice list and choice of covers there. As for Shine on... we would need Les to be there for it and preferably Jack Irons on drums (I know, it will never happen)
1. All Those Yesterdays 2. All Night 3. In My Tree 4. Dirty Frank 5. Push Me Pull Me 6. Smile 7. Severed Hand 8. Inside Job 9. Rats 10. Red Mosquito 11. Low Light
Covers: 1. Crown Of Thorns (by Stone & Jeff's former band, Mother Love Bone) 2. Peace & Love (w/surprise guest Neil Young) 3. Sonic Reducer 4. Baba O'Riley 5. Love Reign O'er Me
1) Spin the Black Circle 2) Oceans 3) Life Wasted 4) State of Love and Trust 5) Daughter 6) Guaranteed 7) Hail, Hail 8) Light Years 9) Elderly Woman behind the Counter in a Small Town 10) Hunger Strike *not sure if it should be a cover or not*

Oh man, I would love to see Crown of Thorns. I have a feeling we'll be in for some good covers and few rarities during their set. I'm sure they're looking at this as more than just a regular festival gig.
