With Umph and Bisco on the bill, this sounds like a no-brainer.
----------- from wikipedia:
Brain Damaged Eggmen is a project of jam bands Umphrey's McGee and The Disco Biscuits. It takes its name from the Pink Floyd song "Brain Damage" and a line from The Beatles' "I Am the Walrus".
The band performs cover versions of songs by The Beatles and Pink Floyd, usually with one set dedicated to each band's songs.
Its members are: Brendan Bayliss — electric guitar, lead vocals Marc Brownstein — bass guitar Jake Cinninger — electric guitar, lead vocals Aron Magner — keyboards Kris Myers — drums, lead vocals on "Hey Jude"
The band first performed on the 2006 Jamcruise IV.

I find this extremely doubtful since this was the transition of their 06' late night show. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Umphrey's bust out Shes So Heavy again though.
I could see it happening but I'm leaning towards what ziggy said, and also because they did a whole brain damaged eggman show in jamaica back in dec, and since its such a rare thing I dont know if they would be doing it again so soon. but you never know and if they do end up with interlocking sets you might see a BDE transition again.

I've been hoping they would announce this as a seperate show. I think it's almost certain we will see collaborations between the bands, but I'd like to see an entire set for the Eggmen. I mean, if your going to have a cover (or "tribute") band for the Dead, Led Zeppelin, and Zappa, why not the Beatles and Floyd? They should just lump them all into one tent.
B/C BDE is a special one-off type thing put together by the people who made langerado, and jamcruise, and caribbean holidaze. I really don't think they need to start touring the festival circuit. They are just a cover band, that gets together and plays for fun to the hardcore fans. It ruins the specialness of the one-offs when everybody and their mama can see them at Bonnaroo, imo. If you really want to see them, go on jamcruise, or caribbean holidaze. Bands like BDE are better in those types of environments anyway.

But BDE played at Bonnaroo in 06 between the bands' sets. It was amazing!
That was totally one of my favorite late nights at Bonnaroo ever. Went From Umphrey's to a short BDE set to the end of My Morning Jacket. Then, back to Disco Biscuits, although I'm not a fan of them.
