This concert was amazing! I really enjoyed the new stuff. Jim James was superb. I anticipate that Evil Urges will be one of the best albums of the year.

Yay! Not only is MMJ at SXSW, but Jim James is playing a solo show at a church in Austin. I hope I'm lucky enough to get in to both. Thanks for posting!

I've honestly been watching these videos non stop for the past two hours!!! Someone help me!!! The Jacket is back and better than ever!!!! Evil Urges has an amazing intro, an absolutely mesmerizing chorus, and when it picks up my face was blown to the back of my skull!!! And screw M.I.A., Chromeo, and all the other dance acts, the most booty shakin' tune at the roo this year is gonna be Highly Suspicious!!!! I'm Amazed and Thank You Too are straight ahead rockers of the top shelf variety, no matter how far the jacket strays, they never forget where they're from!!! Lest we forget Smokin' From Shootin' and Sec Walkin', these tunes all seem to be more accessible than any of their previous releases yet at the same time still completely fresh and experimental. Which leads me to Touch Me I'm Going To Scream Part 2, oh wow, my god, it's like hearing what accompanies you as you travel through to the other side. K, someone's gotta stop me, this is getting out of hand!!! But AHHHHHHHH!!! NEW MY MORNING JACKET!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to be wearing this smile for the rest of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
