I can't find a DSO thread up here. They are a great cover band! I saw them once at StarlandBallroom in Sayerville NJ. It was a very good show, so much spirit and the crowd was so fun. I even met this guy who said they followed the dead and dso, he was pretty cool.
So, wheres the love for DSO? Who plans on seeing their set?
I saw them 2 or 3 years ago. I thought they were spot on. Donna even came out and did some songs with them. I am hoping the Thursday rumor is true for them. I think that would be a great way to start off the weekend.
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.
Oh, and their set at Langerado was just flat-out ridiculous. Samson and Delilah, Terrapin, Mama Tried, Truckin, and The Weight, and especially a knock-out Scarlet Begonias were some personal highlights.

Wow. That sounds like a pretty hot set. Bonnaroo should be great. How much time did they get at Langerado?
for the dude that asked about gratefulfest. it's four nights of dso in ne ohio. last year and the years before it was july 4th weekend. this year it is labor day weekend. last year they had umphrey's and keller also.
Saw them in 2006 in Atlanta and they put on a fantastic show. I have missed them the past two times they have come to Atlanta, but if they do have a Thursday show I will try to catch it. Hopefully they get the timeslot TLG got last year and have a long set.
