Oh yeah, definetly going to see Phil. I just realized hes really old! how does he still do it? I'll be there, gotta get my dead fix, I'll be getting a double dose between him and DSO!
Set 1: Sugar Magnolia> Uncle John's Band> The Wheel> Gone Wanderin'> Cumberland Blues> Gone Wanderin'> Help On The Way> Slipknot!> Franklin's Tower
Set 2: China Cat Sunflower> I Know You Rider New Speedway Boogie> A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall Unbroken Chain> *Telstar (Phil Molo Molitz)> The Golden Road To Unlimited Devotion> Viola Lee Blues
I was kinda upset he only came and did a one song encore and arguably the Dead's most well known song at that. Either way he still tore it up and I was glad I got to see that webcast.
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.
Well...I'm glad I saw him at Echo...cause he played "Althea" at Echo but not at 'Rado...and "Althea" is my fave Dead song.....no NOT "Alabama Getaway" (contrary to ANYTHING Chefie and Muls will try to tell ya! LOL )
It felt like a train, perpetually ready to rip off the tracks, but they've proved that they're more than capable of tearing through. Wow, wow, wow. This is the third time I've seen this lineup and they're getting better all the time. Plus, I've been on the Jackie Greene bus since they first announced him, but he has gotten infinitely more comfortable and has totally made himself into an incredible live force!! They need to keep these guys together for a long, long time.

I've been going to see Jackie since 2004, and his shows are always amazing. It's gunna be awesome to see him with Phil...unless Sigur Ros is playing at the same time.
Even though there is already a lengthy thread against it, but I really hope that Sigur Ros conflicts with MMJ and not Phil Lesh and Friends. I'd like to see both Phil Lesh and Sigur Ros. Since high-school I have been a big Dead Head and I really don't want to miss it, but if Sigur Ros and Phil Lesh do conflict, I will have to go with Sigur Ros since I really don't think I will ever get another chance to see them again. Whereas I could see Phil Lesh another time, but I don't want to make that decision.
Also after seeing the past setlists of Phil Lesh, I REALLY, REALLY don't want a Phil Lesh and Sigur Ros conflict.
