I see he's doing a summer tour. Any possibility of him getting added to bonnaroo? he'd make a nice compliment to Jack Johnson! I don't know if I could see it happening for some reason, but it'd be pretty cool if it did.
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.

you really think JT would be a headliner? i realize he has more material than a lot of artists but i dont see Taylor getting any headlining slot Robert Plant couldnt get.
also i would like to see him there just because he is James Taylor
imo jt would definetly be a great addition and yes headliner as well...robert plant is a god also, but not so much under his own name like jt. i saw jt a few years back and man, what a show.
I've seen him a couple times. He's a good performer with a great catalog of songs. I never thought of him in the Bonnaroo context but I guess he would be well recieved.

I've seen him twice. Great show but unfortunately when you go to these shows nowadays you are surrounded by yuppies to the Nth degree. We definitely enjoyed the music though (especially my wife who is a huge fan) and since he is from good ol' NC, he seems to always put on a really good set.
But as far as Roo, I could see him playing before a headliner but not really as a headliner. Actually, he would be perfect for late afternoon.
I could see it...and I dont think JT rates a headliners spot anymore either. I mean if freaking Willie Nelson doesnt earn top billing, no way James does, and I'm a big fan!
But I could totally see him in a late afternoon/early evening spot on Sat. or Sunday. Could you imagine Sunday afternoon being James Taylor, followed by Plant & Krauss leading into JJ to close out the weekend?? That'd be about the most perfectly mellow ending ever...
