okay guys, I dunno if this means anything or not... (here's hoping yes!!) but if you go searching around some artist pages... there are some updates for 2008 for artists that haven't been listed on the official lineup yet...
of course, there is nothing official yet, but common sense says they wouldn't be updating the artists pages without reason.
here are the updated ones that have been found so far.
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.
I had tickets in hand and no gas/ride, so I gave them away to someone who then sold them to 2 people. I figured why make no one happy (keeping them) if I could make 3 people happy (1 person who made money off the tickets, and the 2 people who bought them)..

I know it! If i'm ever in a bum mood, a little brett makes me happy again. always makes me feel like everything is going to be okay... and his lyrics are pretty amazing too!
sorry, that kings of leon statement is not accurate...it say's 2007...i read it too fast the first time cause i was so excited that they were gonna play that i didn't notice...sorry if i got anyones hopes up
I think that ALO is a shoe in at this point, and that makes me a happy man. Everyone should check out "Roses and Clover". Its a solid sophomore album that really show cases a great band with a great future ahead of them.
man Patti Smith would be an awesome add! She is so frickin cool. At her shows all of her shirts come hand signed! (or at least the ones at lollapalooza), I mean how cool is that.
The best part about all of these additions, is that they'd all make complete sense! I mean, I think all of them are actively touring or producing new music, and as far as I can tell, at first glance, none of them would fall victim to the repeat year thing.
