Listened to their myspace page last night and was blown away. Very gritty feel to their music. Really enjoyed it and can now understand why they were invited to play at one of Levon's rambles. Gonna check these dudes out.
These guys are awesome. I saw them open up for bright eyes last year and they blew me away. Their live performance is full of energy and I am definatly gonna chekc thim out this year and i would recomend for everyone else to as well
yeah I was on the Bonnaroo Myspace page and a Frankies Gun, a Felice Brothers song came on, and i was really impressed by it. I'm definetly going to check out more of their stuff. (They're touring with DBT and i may be seeing that tour later this month, so that should be fun.)
I'll definitly be at this show!!!!!! They have such a classic Americana feel to them much in line with The Band. 'Frankie's Gun', 'Whisky In My Whisky', and 'Radio Song' are their only tunes I've heard but each one is pure gold. Hopefully one of their albums shows up online somewhere before Roo so I can get even more familiar!!!
One of my top 5 shows this year. I am so excited they are playing. They did a 'Midnight Ramble' too. So I am expecting Levon to join them or vice versa.
