I've been into them for about 5 years now and they will not dissapoint I told a friend before the lineup came out that if they had a "metal" band at Roo they would be perfect can't wait to see them
Mastodon, Pelican, Isis, Converge, Boris...outstanding bands and I've always thought this branch of music would fit well with a late Bonnaroo crowd. I think Mastodon is going to own and I cannot WAIT to see them. I wish Pelican or Isis would make it this year as well...
i checked out Mastodon on youtube and they remind me a lot of Clutch, I even read something about Clutch's singer (who looks like the guy that pierced my nipples) singing with Mastodon on one of their CD's. Clutch was pretty fun last year from what I remember

i can give or take mastodon...some stuff is chill but alot is just obnoxious.

converge is my favorite band of all time. ive seen them 9 times, but im not too sure they would be good for bonnaroo (shows usually get a bit violent).
