Who were in all of the Superjams past? Obviously last year had JPJ and Ben Harper and ?estlove, and 2006 was Phish-related, but does anyone have a complete list of all superjams past? That would be greatly appreciated.

The guitarist from the '05 superjam was Lionel Loueke, a great jazz guitarist who also played with the Headhunters that year. I have the SBD to that 'jam and believe the link to download is still on the net somewhere.
