Allman Brothers Band deserve to have the jam band headliner this year. They haven't gotten it before and its about time they did. Them having about a 2 1/2-3 hr set is great.

I agree. I think Allman Brother's Band would absolutely kill in the closing spot. Plus that means we will have Warren on sight for plenty of guest spots. The Mule's set last year was positively mind blowing but it sounds like they won't be back again. I've never seen ABB before but I can think of no better place to break my cherry.

or atleast a thursday headline... or maybe even late night. now that would be greeeeat
There should be a headline on Thursday, I agree, but it should be MMJ. A Dave & Trey & Friends set is the only thing that could possibly top ABB as a jam band fest closer.
i have a feeling this year we will get the "Trifecta"> Allman Brothers, Derek Trucks Band, and Gov Mule.
Karma for that! You have no idea how happy that would make me. And of course, Gregg Allman must make a guest appearance at either Gov't Mule or Derek Trucks Band, Derek and Mark Quinones must show up at Mule, and Warren will be there during DTB. It WILL happen.
Add Oteil & The Peacemakers during a nice afternoon/evening set, and I am about as happy as can be.
Though, my vote for the Sunday closer goes to Phil & Friends (better yet, Phil & PHriends!). I think I would just cry with joy if I saw Phil Lesh on stage, and if they played Franklin's Tower I'd probably collapse, being overcome with emotion.
