I checked the band of horses website and it says that they will be playing the primavera festival in Barcelona on June 1st w/Slint, Modest Mouse and Commets on Fire. I don't know if this means anything pertaining to them being at Roo. On the website these bands were also listed but i dont know if they're playing that sam festival as i cannot read Spanish: PORTISHEAD, MISSION OF BURMA, LES SAVY FAV, OKKERVIL RIVER, ERIC'S TRIP, MODEL 500, SILVER JEWS, CLIPSE, SIX ORGANS OF ADMITTANCE, SCOUT NIBLETT, PISSED JEANS, DEERHUNTER, SHIPPING NEWS, EDAN & MC DAGHA, HOLLY GOLIGHTLY & THE BROKEOFFS, THE FELICE BROTHERS, MV & EE WITH THE GOLDEN ROAD, FUCK BUTTONS, MAN MAN.

Does this info mean anything to Bonnaroo
You're mixing the two years up. The bands in all caps are playing this year. Modest Mouse, Band of Horses and Slint all played last year.
As to whether or not a band playing a European festival is playing Bonnaroo or not, I would suggest checking their tour dates after the festival. If they are playing more overseas dates after the festival, chances are good that they won't be at Bonnaroo.
But Wilco played Primavera last year and played Bonnaroo as well, so it's never a lock that they won't be at Roo cause they're overseas a couple weeks before.
