I personally think he's great, but I'm sure he wouldn't go over well at Roo. Too poppy.
His musical style is a LOT like Ben Folds, but he's 10x a better singer than Ben Folds is. For this reason alone increase the poppiness factor by 100%. I think he even opened for Kelly Clarkson on a tour.
But he's a great piano player, incredible singer, and his music's downright catchy.
