I would be so stoked if he came back. I'd really like to see a Bens reunion, and then maybe have Ben Folds, Ben Kweller, and Ben Lee do solo shows too. If they all played back to back to back to back on one stage, I'd be there all day no matter who was playing anywhere else.

any of the ben's there is fine by me....out of the 3 i think ben lee has the greatest chance at being there, i think this because he obviously has the smallest fanbase so that just seems most likely to me, kweller's fanbase i guess is a little bigger and apparently he is working on an alt-country album which i can't wait for, and ben folds is obviously the most famous of the 3 but he was there in 06 on the which stage and while i wasn't there in 06 i just don't see him coming back this year, maybe in a year or two
His show, in the heat of the day Friday, 06, was the right show for the right time.
It was the hottest point, to me, of the whole weekend, and while I was exhausted, his show just shoved energy into me.
Nice act to have, if not from a musical stand point, but as a mood lift.
Ben Folds is one of the most agreeable acts Bonnaroo could get, this year. The Which stage was packed for the line-up of Ben Folds>Bright Eyes>Death Cab in 06. Actually, I could see any, if not all, of those return.

Ben Folds was a total surprise to me in 06. I figured I would start out the weekend with his show because I was somewhat familar with his music and I was blown away - he puts on a great show
well, you ask me why i'm drunk all the time it levels my head and eases my mind i just walk along and stroll and sing i see better days and i do better things

I love Ben Folds! He played a small show in the gymnasium of Washington College, and I got to go up onstage with my friend and a few other audience members and sing backup vocals to "Underground" The level of audience participation is just great.
I believe he's playing Wakarusa, so Roo definitely isn't out of the question.

His show in 06 was great...I spent the majority of the day at the Which Stage that year! I LOVE Ben Folds so definitely no complaints here! It would make up for the fact that I missed him last summer
My wife (then girlfriend) and I were at a Boston show in 2001 that Ben Folds ended up shooting the cover for his Ben Folds Live album at. You can just see our heads over his piano. We pop up on the dvd, too.
The Ben Folds Live album is great, a good mix of Ben Folds Five and solo material. "Not the Same" is just brilliant. I also love Ben Folds Five's last album as a group, "The Unauthorized Biography of Rheinhold Messner."

i fickin' love ben folds. I have been to three of his shows and gotten to meet both him and his mom. RIght after he had his child in 2002 (i think), his mom was at one of his shows, taking pictures and making a scrap book. I had a handmade shirt that says, "Everywhere I go" on the front and "Damn, there I am" on the back. It was autographed by ben folds and all those he was performing with that evening, and she wanted to take a picture of me! I also got an autographed set list at the end of the show, after I passed out during it (long story). For those new to ben folds, I love the ben folds five album whatever and ever amen.

I've been a Ben Folds fan since as long as I can remember. He is consistently one of the best performers I've ever seen. I never tire of him or his shows, and I would LOVE to see him back at Bonnaroo this year. His 2006 set was tremendous. Like Jack Johnson though, I hope he's one of those artists that never outgrows the Which stage. The intimacy of the show is important to enjoy the show.
"We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five. "
I heard "Landed" by Ben Folds in the Raleigh-Durham airport last year.
Funny for a few reasons: Ben Folds is from around here (I guess Darren Jesse and Robert Sledge still bump around Chapel Hill) and "Come pick me up/I've landed" is very appropriate for an airport.
