some of my friends have called ben harper the poor man's lenny kravitz....i really don't see what they mean....their music is nothing alike...anyways, i saw a show in 99 with the black crowes and lenny kravitz....i can't remember who headlined....lenny was good, he's a good guitar player...i'm not for or against him at bonnaroo...i don't think i would see him....but i think if he played, he would be a good pre-headliner for prince...and i don't really want him/her there...

I hate Ben Harper after Superjam this year (always was kind of neutral, but that just solidified it, he butchered those songs, vocally), and I used to love Lenny Kravitz in middle school, specifically "Mama Said" and "Circus." Saw him in '05 in Charlotte, he was quite underwhelming... And I wasn't even expectig much... So even though I have a soft spot for some Lenny, I gotta say no.

Postscript: Hahaha... I'm gone for five days to Kentucky, with no access to this board, and my karma's down... I think I see a trend... people hate when you don't post for a week and have a life! JK, i really don't care, just an observation I made, that people get smited more when they are away than when they are here.
