One of the lesser known artists out there.....Anyone else seen or heard of him and his magic pipe? I don't think i recall him being mentioned on Inforoo.......I saw him with Buckethead two years ago and have been a fan ever since. He's playing in Huntsville at Crossroads, pretty pumped about that. The street team manager is sending me some posters and handbills, just got the confirmation email today. So if there are any fans who would like posters and handbills shoot me a PM and I'll share

Saw him for free in a small lounge in Tucson a few years ago. He's a fun show and a great guy to boot. I talked with him after the show for quite awhile about how he built his magic pipe. He needs to come to Bonnaroo. Hell, I'll say it again. we need some more 1-MAN BANDS at Roo.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it

Oh hey, i saw Buckethead at Variety Playhouse Oct 22 of '05 and March 16 of '06.
That's crazy. I liked their encore and the first hour of the show the best. After a while it started to move kind of slowly. What did you think of the show?

I need to mark that Huntsville show on my calendar. I haven't yet seen this genius perform. Thanks for the reminder about him. It's been a while since I've popped his cd and listened.

I loved the entire show in '06. The second half in '05 was definitely my favourite though. I love it when he gets down and funky I've gotten a toy at ever show i've been to. Variety Playhouse and the Southgate House in Newport, KY are definitely my two favourite places i've seen him so far. Sucks he hasn't released any tour info as of yet I wonder what hes up to.........

Hey. I'm one of Buckethead's biggest fans, so this thread caught my eye. I have both the Variety Playhouse and the double disc Southgate House dvd's. I also have access to numerous That 1 Guy / Buckethead boots from that era.
If you haven't ordered either Pepper's Ghost or Decoding The Tomb of Bansheebot, i encourage you to do so now.
If you like Pepper's Ghost and don't have The Elephant Man's Alarm Clock, i would recommend getting EMAC first. If you can afford it though, get Decoding the Tomb and EMAC!

What are Pepper's Ghost and Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot comparable to? Population Override and The Elephant Man's Alarm Clock are probably my top two favourite albums thus far.
(I totally love starting a thread and forgetting about it and then it blowing up ;D)
Its awesome you have one of his prints. I've received and given toys to him at every show
