Top Ten wants:
1. Pearl Jam 2. Led Zeppelin 3. My Morning Jacket 4. Muse 5. Rage Against The Machine 6. Pink Floyd (I wish) 7. The Mars Volta (new album is amazing!) 8. Dave Matthews Band 9. Coldplay 10. Primus
Top 10 Never Want to see: 1. Phish or any Trey 2. Widespread Panic 3. Moe. 4. Van Halen 5. Aerosmith 6. Clutch 7. Roger Waters solo (get with the other members you old grouch!) 8. Smashing Pumpkins 9. The Police (they suck so bad!!!) 10. Bob Dylan (RETIRE)
From what I can see from going through like 6 pages is that I like more bands you people don't want to see than bands you do. Therefore I am happy that half the bands mentioned were there last year (so they won't be there this year) or not together anymore (like Phish).
On a side note: All you people hating on RATM are out of your minds (which explains the Phish)!! RATM was almost (I said almost) better that any show I saw at Roo last year!

^ i cant lie dude your list is good but the list you never want to see, is horrible! although i do agree on van halen/aerosmith/the police (my least enjoyable show of last year)
but thats the beauty of Roo' just walk somewheres else
10 I want: 1) Gorillaz (Not going to happen) 2) The Sound of Animals Fighting (Definitely not going to happen) 3) Ghostland Observatory (Will most likely happen, hopefully) 4) Man Man (There's a chance) 5) MF Doom and Ghostface (They are making a CD together and would be a great Hip Hop act) 6) Sonic Youth (I've only seen them once, and couldn't think of a cooler environment than 'Roo) 7) Thievery Corporation (Possibility, hopefully as the sun is setting too) 8) Modest Mouse (I love them) 9) Explosions in the Sky (Amazing band, perfect for 'Roo) 10) At the Drive In reunion (Pipe dream for sure)
I'm not going to list bands I don't want because I can just find another act to watch. I know my list is out there, but I think the bands would make for a great fest..
Top 10: 1) Zep 2) Mofro 3) Muse 4) Modest Mouse 5) Dave & Tim 6) Jack Johnson 7) Sam Roberts Band 8) Ben Harper 9) Old 97's 10) Van Morrison
Bottom 10 (though nothing could honestly keep me from Roo): 1) Pearl Jam (sry but I'm not a fan and these days Vedder uses the band as his own personal soapbox) 2) Bob Dylan (a legend but his shows these days SUCK) 3) Coldplay 4) Celine Dion, etc (though this would never happen thank god. right?) 5) Van Halen 6) Bo Bice or any other American Idol
I can't think of any more I don't want but there are a ton more I want (Cold War Kids, Amos Lee, Arctic Monkeys, Reckless Kelly, Kings of Leon). I wish they would just hurry up and announce the lineup!!

Oh I totally agree! There is enough going on that you can find 20 other things to keep yourself busy if you don't like an act. I am just sooo sick of hearing about how amazing Phish are. I just don't see it at all. But in their defense Wading In The Velvet Sea is one of the most beautiful songs written!

a lot of people say the same about Cheese, but I love both. But i dont really like the mars volta yet...but i'm giving them another chance. i cant just listen to something three or four times and say i dont like it
ie. grateful dead, damien rice, dmb. now all are regularly played...well except for damien unless i'm feeling a little blue.
