It was some of the most brilliant music I had ever heard. But I'm not that suprised he got winded. Bonnaroo is one hell of a venue to play when you are in your late 70s.

For the rest of my life, I'll hate myself a little for missing that show. 45 minutes or not, I'm so pissed about missing it. I'll probably never get another chance to see him.

Sadly, by sunday, we were already at home. I was one of the weak ones. I had developed a nasty sinus infection by Friday afternoon and we left Saturday evening. I missed ALOT of great music this year, which undoubtedly added to my crappy time.

It would be nice, but you gotta wonder... would he accept such an invite? I mean, he's getting to the age where he probably shouldn't be risking such hazards anymore. Either way, it would be sweet cause I'd love to see him....
