Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Looking at the schedule, it looks like I'll be seeing half sets or less by Wilco, The Decemberists, Franz Ferdinand, Spoon and Ween. I did it last year with Dungen, Steve Malkmus and a couple others and I'm sure I'll do it again this year, but I know it'll be tough (especially with Wilco) to shake that "What am I missing right now?!" feeling.
Any of you guys experience this? Is anyone anal enough to ONLY go to full sets?

The only way I look at it is that if I am able to catch some of a lot of bands I really want to see, I can always come back to this great site and try to find the full sets of the ones I missed. I know that Friday will be a great afternoon with my schedule, pretty conflict free through Tool and then it goes to clusterfcukdom!

I enjoy hopping tents. Wandering around centeroo from act to act is when I run into so many different and strange things and people that makes roo what it is. Especially during the crazy latenights. I don't want to spend an enitre 3+ hour block watching just one "thing" when there is SOOOOOO much going on around the area. For me Roo is so much more than just consuming music. And tent hopping allows for me to get that whole experience. There is usually one or two acts (non-headliner) that I catch an entire set for and the rest I hop and wander and I have never regretted it.

With the late night sets, is it easier to walk to each stage because a good amount of people might going back to there camps, or is it pretty much as crowded as it is in the daytime? I just want to know if it is easy to get closer to these shows or do you still get the whole experience by chilling somewhat in the back. Also do you think they would open up the Jazz tent for the late night bands because those are some big acts playing at that time and I would like to catch glimpses of them but if there is a line I will say forget it. So many opportunities to have a great time, this has really got me pumped up for the festival. BBBBOOOONNNNAAAAARRRROOOOOOO!!!!!!

I gotta say I think the only whole sets I will see this year will be The Police and Tool - Tool for sure - maybe not The Police - I skipped Petty last year
This year it's looking like I'll be able to catch more full sets than I did last year. But that stretch on Sunday afternoon is gonna have some painful tent hopping.

In 05' i saw almost all full sets, but this year im trying to pack a lot more in. I think both have their merits, and i didnt regret seeing full sets at all.
