ive been checking this band out - i really like them. we are getting a nice variety this year at roo. im more excited about the bands i dont know than the bands i do know. i plan on asking langhorne slim to marry me! hahahahaha he is soooooo very exciting

annuals www.myspace.com/annuals dr. dog www.myspace.com/drdog both of these bands will absotootly amaze you. i am expecting a ton of collabs from them and elvis perkins and the cold war kids.they all seem to be around one another whenever i see them. ohoh and favourite sons... ohhhhhhhh........ i was a big asper ad astra and rollerskate skinny fan so yeah this is one of those bands i would have driven five hours for....
I saw these guys at Schuba's in Chicago a while back and honestly, I wasn't impressed. They weren't bad, just kind of generic ho-hum indie-pop. Not that that is bad, but I'll personally not see them again...especially at Roo where there's bound to be something more exciting around.
