Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
They just mentioned Page McConnell as part of the Bonnaroo artists lineup, very casually, on my local station (92.3 Bloomington, IN). Anyone else here anything about this?
For one thing, Page will be back on tour. In addition to his previously scheduled tour dates, Page responded that he will "be doing more shows in the summer, and there’s certainly the possibility that a festival date will be in there somewhere...There will be more." With the tour conspicuously wrapping up the day before Bonnaroo, there's probably a decent chance of Page playing the Tennessee festival.
***update***
I called the station and they wouldn't confirm or deny what I heard. It seemed to me like they realized they may have let the cat out of the bag and were backtracking, but who knows. They did point out that Page is playing in Indy in June, so maybe someone confused that date with a Roo date. If I hear more I'll keep you updated.

Well, it's clear Page is not being added now that the schedule is out. But looking at the facts again-- 1) a source said Page would be @ roo; 2) Page's tour ends very close (chronoligically and proximately) to roo, 3) Page is very much a roo-type artist and beloved by many roo patrons-- I think it still makes sense for him to appear. After all, wouldn't he fit in nicely at the... SuperJam?
So yeah, that's my prediction. If not that, he may still pop up as a guest at others' shows (Mule? Cheese?)

I know the chance of it happening are slim but what is the possibility of Phish doing a superjam? Page is supposidely being there, Mike not sure, Trey (need to see if he has any mandatory probation hearings), and Jon Fishman. I would just like to see the logistics of this happening thats all.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
I don't know if Page will make it to Roo (oh but how I wish he does), but this is more to just say go check out his tour. I just went to the Saturday 6/2 show in Philly. Absolutely amazing. It was so great to see him smiling and laughing. Well worth the money. Face value tickets are $25, but people were selling for $20 and even $15 outside the venue. We need to support Page...he's doing some good things.

I want to see Page with RR and ?uestlove. He's coming to play Atlanta this week, but my finances are somewhat tied right now since I just bought a bunch of stuff and I got to purchase more stuff to Bonnaroo.
