Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
"Bela Fleck & The Flecktones will continue to tour the U.S. this spring with stops including appearances at the SxSW and Bonnaroo Music Festivals as well as multiple shows in NYC in April surrounding the Jammy Awards and Green Apple Music Festival."
There is also a gap in their schedule for Roo so I figured I would post this because it seems to me they are going to be an artist addition. Discuss.
Awesome! I can't wait to see this show! I didn't start to get into jam bands until about a year and a half ago I jammed with some friends (2nd time playing guitar ever too) and even though i was strumming a lot our "states of mind" at the time was making it sound amazing. After listening to this group (and already previously hearing about them from friends) I am going to put this on my top list to see shows!

If you've listend to them...you'll love them live. Victor Woooooten is sick.
Excellent addition. I was disappointed that I missed them last year. However, as the number of great artists increases it only complicates matters further about who will be playing against who. I'm torn between sets every day of the fest. Damn you Bonnaroo for being so amazing!

This isn't too exciting to me personally, but one of my friends will be psyched! thought the additions were done, so it's exciting that there are still announcements to come!!

Hmmm I think this info might be from last year since I don't think Bela was involved in South by Southwest or the Green Apple music fest this year but I hope I'm wrong........................
"We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, movie gods, and rock stars. But we wont, and we're slowly learning that fact & we're very, very pissed off......."
There IS a hole in the FLecktones schedule..but it's filled by Bela touring with Chick Corea :
6/8/07 Discover Jazz Festival Burlington, VT 6/10/07 Pabst Theater Milwaukee, WI 6/12/07 Michigan Theater Ann Arbor, MI 6/14/07 Proctor Theater Schenectady, NY 6/15/07 Keswick Theater Glenside, PA 6/17/07 Indianapolis Jazz Festival Indianapolis, IN 6/18/07 Meijer Gardens Grand Rapids, MI 6/20/07 Red Butte Garden Salt Lake City, UT 6/24/07 Bluegrass Festival Telluride, CO
Not impossible, but awfully unlikely. My guess is NO BELA FLECK.

Yeah, the OP's quote is from last year. Above the quote they have this: "The Flecktones just kicked off a North American tour -- their first dates in over a year" - this was definitely last year, after they came back from their year's hiatus.
The sooner they announce the last bands, the sooner they'll come out with a final schedule, and I can stop creating ideal ones in my mind when I should be studying for finals.
