does anyone think the saturday night Mule show will eclipse the Superjam? I mean, in the sense that it will itself be a better Superjam? I'm only asking because a Flips/Superjam/Mule conflict is deadly for me.
Also, maybe they're phasing out the Superjam, considering last year when it was essentially just a suprise GRAB show with a l'il fallout from the Phil Zone.
The Mule set is gonna be much like a superjam, and I'm sure many of the same artists will feature. To me there's no way they'd divide people like that, because it would reduce the allure of both Mule's set and the Superjam because it limits them both.
The superjam will probably just be moved. Ben Harper's already talked about it, I think it'll be back.
i cant imagine they would have the lips, mule, and superjam at the same time. i think its more likely the super jam will go back to an afternoon slot or it will be friday. seems like a keller williams incident superjam on friday would work nicely. or in a perfect world superjam would be sunday latenight.
I think the inverse of the original post is true. Superjam was a late night last year because it was the debut of GRAB. It's never been a late night before and I highly doubt Superjam will be late night this year. I fully expect a Sunday afternoon Superjam with ?uestlove on a drum kit. Who else is on that stage is up for grabs, but I will be there to find out.
I kind of think that last year's late night superjam was probably for scheduling reasons that we don't know. And the superjam won't conflict with Mule because I'm pretty confident that Warren will have a major role in it.
Yes, it had to be done for strange scheduling reasons cause Trey didn't have a show Sunday or Monday and he flew in a helicopter to get to Roo on time from opening for Petty in St. Louis, MO so that had to be for unknown scheduling reasons.

I would be very surprised if Warren played in the superjam, seeing as he lead the superjam in 2004.
The only artist who has played in 2 Bonnaroo superjams is Mike Gordon. He played in the 2004 superjam, and the 2006 superjam, which was actually no superjam at all but a surprise gig from a new band. So it's not out of the question Warren could play in it, but if he did, he would be the leader and that's already been done once.
I would put my money on someone else entirely. But I definitely think you'll see Warren all over the grounds at Bonnaroo, since this is the case every time he is there.
