I used the search feature and didn't notice any posts about this group. Team Sleep is actually the side project of Chino (Deftones lead singer). Most do not even know of this bands existence outside of long time Deftones fans.
Their sound can be similar to Deftones, but instead it is more of a chilled out version.
Here is some live footage, but its a shame they don't even play some of their better songs (i.e. Ataraxia).

That would be awesome to see them live. Blvd Night-Delorian-Our Ride to the Rectory is one of my favorite series of songs ever. This is one of the most chill cd's especially if you are in another mind state. The only problem is the thought of Chino being there could get some rougher crowd into Roo and might mess with the vibe.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."

I don't think it necessarily would. I mean, how hard could they possibly be? We got Tool headlining, and last time I checked, they weren't exactly easy listening. I think it'd be fine!

I was just saying that as the only possible problem that I could think people might have with Chino being there (reputation with Deftones, he cant change that). Personally I would love it if he was there especially to do a live Passenger with Maynard, that would make me a happy man.

The real draw of Team Sleep isn't Moreno its Zach Hill. He's the craziest drummer I've ever heard. Download some Hella to hear him in his true form, his work with Team Sleep tends to be less complex.
Word. Zach is a machine. I saw them a couple years back, and he blew me away. He is def. the highlight of the show.
