I saw that he is playing in Texas on Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th. He is then playing Phoenix on the following Monday. Unless he does a crazy detour to play a Sunday set, he is not coming. I was hoping that maybe a Monsters of Folk surprise appearance would be in the cards. Oh well.

Kind of a bummer, M. Ward is an unbelievably good live performer. I saw him open for and then play with Bright Eyes about a month ago and he absolutely killed it. His voice is one of the coolest I've ever heard too. Check him out if you can though, well worth any ticket cost I assure you.
