Lightning Bolt is so fucking amazing. My vote goes for them but if not... If not them then maybe....
Mogwai or Deerhoof. no more boring "dead" bands or freaking Crap Rat ( or are they called Modest Mouse) .LOL Sorry about that just wish Bonnaroo could expand its horizons... i agree with thise that would liek to see lesser known or doesn't fit acts. Fantomas would be great! Other possibilities:
John Zorn (with any of his bands/buddies!) Comets on Fire. Hella. Leo Kottke David Byrne. (Heads reunion can't be far off now...) Black Dice. Autechre. Fatboy Slim Acid Mothers Temple 9and the...whatevr he calls it this week) Boredoms (do they still really exist?) Ruins Animal Collective ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead Frog Eyes Bardo Pond.
"...well yeah the guitar is good accompaniment but you can't like compose with it; I mean you can't base a whole song around the guitar." -Bob Dylan 1965

Lightning Bolt at the roo would be outragious. These guys made me deaf for like two days. I really couldent imagine there show in a bonnaroo format though. I suppose it could be done.

Actually they do play festivals.
I think they'd win over a ton of fans a the Roo. The could play late night and freak everybody out or as the very first show Saturday at noon and rudely awaken everybody out of their hangover/jellohead, gravel brain etc....

Mogwai would be awesome, as would John Zorn, Comets on Fire, Hella or Aicd Mothers Temple.
or what about Secret Chiefs 3? That would be orgasmic.

I really want Les and MMW. But if I could see anyone there I would choose Madlib/Quasimoto. Anyone listen to him. Frekin Keller Williams of hip-hop. MY friend is driving to Miami to see a free concert that he's putting on. It's a 12 hour drive, but he never plays the East Coast except New York. I think theres a pool party afterwards....
I bought Bright Eyes tickets a few days back as a gift, all to find out that we couldn't make it (Was a graduation present... didn't know it was on her graduation)... so if by the grace of the Roo' Gods Bright Eyes shows up... collaborating with MMJ... I would die a happy hippo.

If we were allowed to have bottles I would bring some Oberon, it comes out on Monday, im so stoked...going to Bell's for the release party, I cant seperate Oberon and summer they just go together so well...Maybe I will get a mini keg of Oberon, theyre expensive but at least I could have it at Bonnaroo (and all are invited for a taste test, cuz if you havent tried it, you havent lived)
