Which should i get first? I have a few tracks of ween, and ive seen arguments saying these two were the best (most accesible), which one should i start with first?

They're both great albums, so I guess it depends more on what kind of music you tend to listen to more. Quebec has more prog-ish songs and I think it would appeal more to fans of Pink Floyd and the like, while C&C is all over the map might appeal more to indie rock fans. These are of course broad generalizations, and all Ween albums are strage, but I tend to point more "jamfan" types towards Quebec. But if you can afford it, get both and make your own decision.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
but before any of that you need to get Live In Chicago on DVD. It will give you a much better idea of what its like. And it comes with a killer live cd.

i'd say, of those two, go with chocolate & cheese. but in my opinion, the mollusk is probably their most accesible (and one of their best). quebec is good, but very inconsistent.

Yeah personally I haven't heard anyone say that "quebec" was one of their best. Definitely go with "Chocolate and Cheese". But really my favorite might be "The Mollusk", fwiw.
The Mollusk is what got me into them. I just remember thinking how trippy the album was and I really liked it. After that Chocolate and Cheese and White Pepper were what I grabbed when I first got into them.

ween's music is referred to as "brown" b/c it is very dirty and references poop alot
No, brown is one of those things thats hard to describe exactly. The best way to define it would be fu cked up but not in a bad way. Deaner once said that Led Zeppelin bootlegs are brown, because Jimmy Page's playing was so sloppy live, from all the booze and drugs, but it was still awsome.
As for an album sugestion, I would have to say that C&C and the Mollusk are your best bet. Quebec is a good album, but it kinda feels like a Gene Wene solo album, mainly because most of those songs were written after Gener's divorce.
really the only ones i wouldn't qualify as "accessible" are Godweensatan: The Oneness, Pure Guava (although it's one of their best), 12 Golden Country Greats and the Pod. so start basically anywhere else.
