I know that the lips did a whole set of the Stripes.... and I've personally seen them cover 7 Nation Army.

So, what I'm getting at is that they should play a late night set together. Or maybe lips->collabo->stripes->grand finale

would be sweet, throw some jack white and Dan Auerbach tag teaming on guitars with some lips making the sound tight and you've got yourself a kick ass show in my opinion. ( I really want Jack White and Dan Auerbach to tag team anything that weekend and I will be happy, weaving guitars!!!)

The White Stripes and Flaming Lips played a New Year's Eve concert together in 2003 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. The Lips came out right before midnight to join in for We're Going to Be Friends, followed by the new year's countdown, and then straight into Seven Nation Army. I'm insanely jealous of all who were there at that show. Here's a video of it from youtube:

I saw them in St. Louis in September '05....incredible. I can't wait to see them at Roo.
