Hmm... should I bring my Trombone? I'm a guitar player and I've forgotten most of my Trombone knowledge, but what the hell... it's really nothing more than a big slide whistle, isn't it?

I'll bring my native american flute, im pretty good at fillin in holes of a jam but it is in B. I also might bring my homemade-metal-clink drum set....it is awesome in a drum circle ( kinda like what they had near the fire exhibit last year but on a smaller scale) oh yeah and my djembe and my little brother who is a guitar prodigy and beatboxer maybe i spit some spiritual freestyle
all we need is a bassoon to round out this line-up! my hubby plays guitar and drums primarily....but we're flying and tenting so he'll bring a hand drum and some shakers! anybody know any sublime or tragically hip to jam out too!?

Someone had a cool idea where all the bassists on Inforoo (Including myself) could cover Big Bottom. Haha, I could picture a bunch of people sitting in a circle on Shakedown playing that song.
I have been playing guitar for 10+ years. I can play anything from classic rock to jazz to classical... whatever.
If some of you want a few specific songs to come prepared with, let me know. I think it would be a lot cooler if we maybe posted some songs that we can all work on before Bonnaroo, so it isn't just one big mess when we come to play.
I'll be first...
A couple of tracks that may be interesting to play.... Jim Croce's "Operator" is a really cool song. I know the lead part from beginning to end. If someone wants to work up the vocals and rhythm, we could really make it sound good.
How about Zeppelin's "Ten Year's Gone"? Again... if someone can work up the rhythm and the singing, I know the solo part all the way through... and that is a really cool song to play on acoustics.
If we are going to have mandolin players there, Rod Stewart's "Mandolin Wind" is an excellent jam song. You may laugh at Rod, but his early stuff was really good... especially the Album Every Picture Tells a Story.
What others should I work on? I'm open to anything.
I'll bring my 'cheaper' Martin. I have a D-28, but that is staying put. We are bring an RV down, but the humidity change can cause serious problems with an instrument.
