Arcade fire??

for some reason, on this site people seem to think that arcade fire cannot play at roo because they have another show in europe or something during that time...
but i looked at the tour dates. they have no conflicting shows at that time. heres the tour dates.....http://www.arcadefire.net/tour/
unless im missing something idk... they very well still could play right?
btw, i bought neon bible today...its awesome!

They could, but probably won't. Here's why:

It's not on their schedule because it hasn't been officially announced. However a poster with the headlining acts was leaked. So unless Arcade Fire does a Thursday show and then plays Sunday in London, I doubt they'll be at Roo.

Theres a lot of emotion in the new album. It would be nice to see them here, but I'm thinking they will be in Europe instead

well i guess ill focus my hopes on modest mouse, mars volta, sigur ros, allman bros, and claypool....

they aren't posted on virtual tours anymore...and O2 has their own site, which they aren't on either...also the White Stripes are playing 02 on thursday...maybe they could share a plane er something

yes thats very interesting...they have a north american tour ending june 2nd and are not set to play again until the 22-24th in germany. that leaves PLENTY of time for a stop in manchester...i think its gonna happen.

and considering all the hype they're spitting this year, they'd better have some stellar arcade fire-like additions....

ESPEICALLY since it's already the middle of friggin march for crying out loud.....

btw does anyone else suspect that our long wait for additions is partial punishment for leaking the list??

punishment, no. but i bet that the leaked list may have had some artists that they were ganna add later (like the roots).
