I don't know if this is a known thing or not, but I was just looking at Pollstar.com and noticed that they now have Dubconscious as playing Bonnaroo. This was also confirmed on their website. I don't recall seeing them on the initial lineup, but noticed that they are touring with Franti and Spearhead, so maybe it is known information. Just wanted to bring that to the foreground. I guess we can expect Fiction Plane and these guys on any upcoming artist additions...
Hopefully it does, but I found it on Pollstar and haven't seen anything about it on the 'roo site. I hope we don't get shafted again with our next addition being only Fiction Plane and Dubconscious, that would be a travesty!
Nice catch and a very nice add. not only are they on tour with Franti, but also with the legendary Mad Professor. That would go straight to the top of my must-see list.

If Fiction Plane and Dubconscious are the only 2 in the next round of additions it would be the lamest first 2 rounds EVER. I like Dubconscious and the Roots but how about some bands we don't know that are going to be there yet.

If Fiction Plane and Dubconscious are the only 2 in the next round of additions it would be the lamest first 2 rounds EVER. I like Dubconscious and the Roots but how about some bands we don't know that are going to be there yet.
You can't blame Bonnaroo for the fact that info leaks early.
What stage level do you see these guys playing at? Fiction Plane definitely seems like a cafe act, and these guys might be up that alley too. Are we getting a Cafe announcement soon?

Bonnaroo leaked their own info... I think its actually starting to be long enough that not having a solid announcment this week will start to hurt ticket sales. I imagine theres quite a few people who wait until a few big names are added to buy their tickets, and so far only the roots could fit that bill. Not quite enough in my eyes.

Word, Mad Professor would be a sweet addition...
Late night dub tent would be fun... Maybe some Sly and Robbie, Lee Perry, Scientist, Adrian Sherwood... Love to some classic dub on a massive soundsystem...

I could actually see these guys being a later announcement, since they'll want to add more big-name acts first to increase ticket sales, and these guys aren't too big.
