Well, I just don't see them putting sts9 (who also has a confirmed friday late night set) against cheese. The fact that Jason said they were playing a 2+ hour slot makes me believe that another band will be playing for the other 2+ hours in the same tent. I'd put my money on a string cheese/sts9 late night show, kind of like the umph/bisco from last year except better.
I'm predicting The Flaming Lips with a "special" late night set Saturday on the Which stage at midnight. They have that giant UFO thingy setup that they could bring out and just do some heavy late night damage on some Rooers. Think about it 04 had Primus and 05 had Trey. Plus Primus had a huge stage setup they really wanted to be a part of there performance in 04 so you know the Lips probably want the same.

After they tore Langerado to the ground on Sunday night with easily one of the most electrifying sets of the weekend, I predict that Explosions in the Sky will be added and will play a late night at Bonnaroo this year (and it will be earth shattering).
