I remember seeing a song or two in '05 and then he came out with Jack, but I recently purchased his two albums and there awesome. I'm really looking forward to catching his set this year. but anyways I was wondering does he kinda do a Keller style solo show or does he have a full band?

I've seen him a handful of times and its always solo! Unlike Keller he doesn't loop, he plays the kick drum, steel guitar, and dijidoo's all at the same time. He's amazing, and his new cd is one of the best sophmore cd's from Roo'ers.
He is normally a one man show but with appearence on songs with guests sometimes like keller. And aslo he is touring w/ a fella named goomblar he is an Aboriginal. It is a great show
on a side note he used to be with a band called the hum

Thats badass... his show is now on my must see list, I had always had "Let Me Be" it was a download from when i was looking into him in '05 and it was always a favorite, has that great summer time feel, cant wait for spring so I can turn it up and roll the windows down( Virginia cabin fever sucks).Anyways I purchased "messages" off of itunes, and it was so refreshing. I understand the Jack Johnson comparisons but I get a mean Paul Simon vibe, which isn't a bad thing.
I suggest live at the grid or good spirt, if i owned live in canada i would suggest it.I have only heard a few from that one but it sounds great also. For his new stuff food in the belly is the most recent release .
He was the last act I saw at All Good last year before I left. I really liked it, he was a lot better than I expected. He is definitely worth checking out.
