Now they're added to the bottom of the artists page, so it looks like they may have been left off the initial list accidently, esp. since Billboard and Jambase's press releases had them all along. I just finished watching Dave Chappelle's Block Party, and they were far and away my favorite performance in that movie. I'm still kicking myself for missing their roo 03 set w/ Cody ChesnuTT and Jill Scott in '03. I hope Jill and Cody both come back to 'Roo w/ the Roots this year, b/c I'm not missing their set for anything this time around.

I love The Roots and i'm definitely going to be up-front for their set but, their whole menthol cigarette campaign really bugged me. It was totally unKOOL, if you know what I mean. If they weren't playing Bonnaroo where I can essentially see them for free, I wouldn't/couldn't go!

Meh. Bothers me no more than those Jagermeister tours and whatnot. The only thing that has pissed me off about them in recent years is the fact that I use to be able to catch them doing TONS of college shows (they still do, I think). Those are the best. Seems like they've shunned colleges in my area. Now the only time I have a chance to see them is at Radio City Music Hall. RCMH is a seated venue. Despite the amazing acoustics there, I wanna stand and move. Not to mention the fact that tickets are usually $60 for them and 2 other acts. F*ck that.
