Oh, Willie came out and played Heartland with Bob one of the times I saw them. I am just saying, if you look at Bob Dylan's recent history, he really doesn't have alot of guests come out.

Hm, this is a great find, I don't think any of us would be opposed to Dylan playing. Perhaps the opposition would come with an announcement of ol' Bob as a headliner...but even that could be awesome because it would probably mean he'd be joined with some incredible guests.

i saw bob with willie in my hometown of pittsfield, at wachonna park a few years back, willie tore it up; he was amazing. bob was veyr veyr lackluster and just looked tired. i've heard this tour he's alot better so i really hope he's at roo, it'll give me a chance to see him again, hopefully he'll be better this time
When I saw him with Willie it was the opposite. Willie was fun but not great and then Dylan blew him out of the water. That was in 05. In 04 his band wasn't as good (in my opinion) and the shows that year weren't as memorable. Last year though was the best I've ever seen him, although the 1st time I saw him (in 03) he did two encores, so that is a close 2nd.

I saw Dylan back in November...he tore it up. His band is one of the tightest collection of musicians I've seen share a stage together. Yes, his voice is gone, but he's still a legend and he still rocks out on good days.

i love modern times so i would be thrilled if he was added to the line-up, his band was tight when i saw them, but i think he was just over tired, he seemed like he didn't care. but i've heard good things about him since so i'm all for him at roo
I was up on the rail for all three of those shows... i don't think i'd do it again, i missed out on too much 'show-hopping' but it was amazing at the time...
I don't think dylan or wilco would eb very good headliners... To me, a bonnaroo headliner has to be someone can play the soundtrack to a party, you know huge spectacle, lots of good vibes, etc... bands like the Dead, WSP, even Petty know how to put on a huge show... now the flaming lips, thoose boys are long due to headline in my mind...
