Here in Missouri it's 14 for males and 17 for girls. Or so I've been led to believe, it's one of those things I just don't want to f**k with.
I like the idea of a late night Keller Williams Incident and a closing slot from the Cheese on Sunday, kinda like 2002. In all reality, I just wanna see them all on stage with Billy one last time, and to see the Kyle making all those faces.

Props for good taste to all of you. I'm 26 and reading your comments makes me feel old, man! Phish shaped my preceptions of live shows and music in general. Also, what a musical community could be. I can't imagine missing out on the difinitive band and shows of my 16-21 years... The most phenomenal, shape-shifting, ass kicking shows night in and night out. I'm from Louisville and, ironicly enough, I passed on a ticket to see the Dead the last time they played KY at Louisville Gardens. I was 12 and didn't want to go see a bunch of "old men"! lol I still regret that one.
Yeah, that's a dissapointing thing about my youth. The Cheese woulda been fun to follow, but when they were at their touring peak I was a freshman in high school with no interest, and of late they've kinda slowed down and now with their impending split my favorite jam band is gone. As of now I can't really see myself following anyone out there like people followed Phish or the Dead, it's a whole element of society I really hope to experience someday. Here's to hoping a third God of jam comes out, I think the musical world is ready.

A Phish show really is a different, dare I say "special" kind of vibe. Imagine feeling comfortable enough to experiment without fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of. Like a party with 12,000 of your best friends. Just smilin' faces all respectful and appreciative of the music. I miss it. And I hope you get to experience it, Isaac. I think it's important for music and young people to carry on the tradition...
right now, panic is the only jam band i would follow, because they're still tearing it up.
moe would be cool, but a lot of their shows are at medium sized clubs and the touring scene, for me at least, is defined by the party in the lot. i guess i can party at the bar when i turn 21. also, being able to sell stuff in the lot to get money for the next show would be key for me. i'd bring a cotton candy machine
also, i still have plenty of time to catch shows. i'm just getting started, IMO. if a good enough opportunity comes up, i'd be down for putting off school for a semester or 2.
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
