To our suprise last year,there were around ten hip-hop acts last year .Which turned out to be a better mixture than we expected. We thought maybe only one this year..And it be those cats from Stankonia,,OutKast!

If it was 2000 I'd do anything to see them. At this point I'd expect to be disappointed. I just haven't been able to get into anything they've done since Stankonia, but I was a huge fan of theirs thru the first 4 albums.
Now if you could guarantee me they'd both be on the stage rapping the whole time I'd be down!
I think Andre 3000 said he has no interest in touring anymore, so it would just be Big Boi, which just wouldn't be near the same. With both of them - hell yes. Without one or the other, no way.
P.S. - hearing "bombs over baghdad at roo would be AWESOME though"

everyone heard about Wu Tang Clan getting back together????? that could be sick. I'ma big hip hop fan I could only imagine Outkast Roots Kanye Atmosphere again Ded Prez Lupe Fiasco Madvillian or MF DOOM in any way shape or form J5 again maybe some BONE THUGS N HARMONY De La Soul again A Tribe Called Quest maybe Clipse any and all would be cool
I thought the balance of acts was fine, just spread the rap out a bit more. I don't wanna miss three great rappers because two incredible psych/jam bands are playing opposite.
I saw Outkast at the Pinkpop fest in 2001. It was REALLY good. It coulda been how close we were or the fact that I was outta my mind, but it was good. I have no idea if they're gonna tour again or not, but if they do, they should be at Roo.
While I have seen Dead Prez and respect what the point of their group is they would be a horrible bonnaroo choice. Could you imagine them in front of 79,999 crackas
Like Isaac already said, Andre 3000 went all Beatles on us and he doesn't tour anymore. Frankly, Big Boi alone just doesn't cut it for me and I think anyone here would have to agree that Andre is clearly the talented one in the group. Although it is Bonnaroo, and if anything Andre would fit in. Anyone remember the rumour floating around a few years ago of him really wanting to play Jimi in an upcoming biopic?

I personally love Speakerboxxx/Love Below, and think it is their best album to date. Still love all the older albums as well though. As far as them at Bonnaroo... Hell F#cking Yes! Probably less probable than any other performer though. Bonnaroo did say they would have a few surprises and acts that no one else had though. Late night Outkast would be heaven.
All that being said, Wu-Tang would be amazing (RIP ODB).
My other choices would be as follows:
Deltron 3030 (new album sometime soon, and I can't wait!)-Vegoose had Dr. Octagon, so you never know. As much as people would complain, I think a Snoop Dogg show would kill. Late night of course. One big cloud of smoke would be pouring out of the tent the whole time :-) He may be too big of a name though. I haven't really liked much of his stuff since Doggystyle, but damn is it a classic album. The new album is quite good though.
