Just a heads up, for you Mule fans, they are playing on Carson Daly tonight.

I did the exact same thing. I was so dissapointed. Did either of you stay up the previous night to see Warren Haynes solo? That was awesome, definitely worth staying up.

How in the world does Carson Daly, of all people, get all the shell music acts he gets? I mean, why not Conan, or even Jimmy Kimmel?

He was a dj at I wanna say K-rock or something to that effect so I assume he has some connections.

edit: Govt Mule was even his houseband for a week in the past.

Gov't Mule was on Conan a couple weeks ago. Seeing them forced down to three minutes or so really kind of ruined it though.

For some reason Carson does get some good musical acts - Ben Harper is pretty much a regular anytime he's on the road, it seems. I still believe Carson's the antichrist though. Nothing else explains his popularity.

His solo the night before was great. It was an acoustic cover of Lucky

I also caught the solo performance but not the full band. Glad I was able to at least catch the solo.
