It says Bjork would be playing a major US festival in the coming months. I am assuming Coachella cause she has been there before but Bonnaroo i would consider a major US festival. Personally if Bjork was at roo i would be pretty excited about that especially if she did anything off of medulla.

yeah i would really like to see her. and i could see her maybe wanting to do a different festival...especially since bonnaroo is getting more diverse in its lineup
I do have her on my list for the lineup game, so I am crossing my fingers, but I am with D-bird on this. I would love to see her at the festival, but the tour would be as gratifying.
I hope for those of you who do like her that she is there but shes not someone i would personally want to see but to each his own
Thanks for putting it tactfully. I agree with you - should she be added, there will be plenty other acts scheduled at the same time that I can see instead. So no worries, hope she's there for those of you that are big fans -
I have seen Bjork 3 times in Chicago('94,'95,'02) and always felt I would enjoy her show in an outside setting. Lets all hope. I always wondered why not too many female artists play Bonaroo? I would like to see acts like Cyndi Lauper, Michelle N'degeocello, Sinead O'Connor, Or Ani Difranco play too.

Difranco has played the roo before. She's on my list of those who will probably be there this year.
Ani has taken a big break lately, first due to carpal tunnel (sp) and now with the impending birth of her own little righteous baby. I'm not sure when she's going to resume a touring schedule. She generally doesn't like big corporate festivals and I was surprised to see her in 04. I remember reading an interview with her years ago about how happy she was to be playing a little folk festival the same weekend as Woodstock '99 instead of a giant corporate thing. I don't think that she's really that terribly concerned with getting her music out there anymore.
Side note: did anybody see her soundcheck that year? We were walking around Centeroo mid-morning and heard her distinct guitar sound and got treated to her 2nd stage soundcheck. She must've been out there for about a half hour playing songs and snippets of songs. It was kinda cool.
