I'll upload more in a bit... I went photo crazy at Oysterhead, simply because of the great spot I was in.. center, about 7 rows back.... seriously choice spot ;D
man my spot sucked major ass for oysterhead, frontish but way on the side, could only see the screen.
we made sure we got there super early...not even halfway through Steel Pulse we got up there and saved out spot. A little to the left but really close up...still could get a good view of everything.
I got there a bit late, after Mike Gordon I had some lunch and THEN went to Oysterhead. Luckily, my friends had been there for a while so (most) people were understanding and let me through.

The videos on the main site are great! you catch them yet? I think they were just added today. I know there's no proof, but I'm praying the imagine of a happy Stuart Copeland hugging Trey is a sign of things to come.

big thanks to booyakasha and terrapin for posting those videos on the blog. i was standing near where they were shot. the main reason i went to Bonnaroo was because of Oysterhead. and their show alone made it worth it for me. i'm going to main site to see the others now....
I don't know, if the Police play I would think it's fairly likely. Trey and Les are jam icons so without them the fest loses a big part of it's magic. So...unannounced late-night superjam with Oysterhead. It would be intense.

while it would make me very happy to see oysterhead at night i dont see it happening. they would just be playing the same songs again, they only have the one album. which id be fine with. oysterhead not being at night was by far and away my least favorite part of the schedule. although grab made up for it. but icons or not i dont see superfly signing them to put on the same show but in the dark. maybe a get together duriing les or treys set. les had trey out and they did mr. oysterhead at all good. i could see something like that happening.

Yea they really need to make another album. They are just too great together to leave it at that. Oysterhead needs to be an ongoing project. The vibe from last years performance really points in that direction...I hope.
I wish we could have these guys back.
