Ohio is the state most emblematic of the country as a whole. Like if we were sending only one state to authentically (not the best) represent us in a galactic conference, it should totally be Ohio
Now that Florida Man has returned to the swamp and has access to a computer, fuck some R Kansas hate. I said I was going to do it, but I'm only going to do a little:

That is one fancy bathtub!
Near the National Park and springs are old bathhouses from the 1910’s and 1920’s. Many of them have been renovated. That one is part of a museum that’s located in one.

Just watched a True South episode about Hot Springs. Looks cool but still not going to rank Arkansas high.

Have you named which states that we have ranked so far are worse than Arkansas?

Not us because we got a slew of great ones early, your view of Vermont aside. But i did say there are much worse states. Many of their nearby neighbors such as Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas. Some might even say Texas, but I wouldn’t agree with that.

It’s part of the south. Some people rep for confederate traitor flags and some people flip that shit off, shake their heads or thumbs down it. We aren’t all racist redneck assholes.

The thing I’ve learned living in the south there are some genuinely good people that just happen to have some of the worst kinds of opinions on other people ingrained in them. My in laws are good examples. Like, they are good people that don’t want to harm anyone but their views on politics and race are about as wrong as you can be. There are a lot of people that are like that.
I believe that. I’m just speaking from my experience in the south. It surprises me all of the time how backwards otherwise really good people can be.
They're only really good to you because you're white, which begs the question: Are they really good?
My racist, white, old men regulars are usually nice to non-white people to their faces. It's if they do something they disagree with or if they saw something they didn't like happen or telling a story when they are disrespectful. But that's 90% of the time behind their backs. Blatant, obvious, disrespectful racism isn't the norm.
