I think it would depend on the current state of the ACC. Like Clemson and Florida State win their lawsuit and bolt then I would think Cal and Stanford would come back.

Maybe things have changed but I don’t recall Athens-Clarke County cops ever being known as particularly strict or anything. All these kids have to do is not act like total idiots on the road.
Also, there are stretches of the parameter that are pretty isolated and it at least more tempting to speed on. He got caught at the university/ down town exits. Within a mile from where last year’s fatal crash was.
