I'd love to know how much time they spent making it because it is very hard to poke any holes in it.
You just wait til the last minute and barring any weird surprises you throw up the obvious headliners with a couple of random names and the artists who have gaps that weekend. Most will believe at this stage. But we have had 2 drafts leaked within 24 hours of a lineup release this week and theyve been totally accurate. So if something comes up tomorrow it has a good chance of being legit.
I'm leaning towards it being real. Shakira, Blink, SZA, Luke Combs, Hozier, Skrillex and Justice seems like a set of headliners Lolla would book in 2024.

Surprised Bruce Springsteen was never thrown around on the lolla reddit. He'd be a perfect legacy act.
He's been mentioned a bit, especially after Sea Hear Now booked him -- but I think he'd blow the budget and not fit the demo (and I'm not sure Lolla has ever given a headliner more than 2 hours?).
You also run into the Chicago problem where most of these big legacy acts would rather do a multi-night stand at Wrigley than work around Lolla.

Yeah, I think Metallica and Macca had to be a pricey year. I think the fairest counterpoint is they built these big ass VIP sections last year -- they're gonna need some premium act to fill them and I don't think Blink or SZA will get that done. Just not sure Bruce would be in play.
