8 ticket limit is probably ok for most of these. But that Arcade Fire show is super abnormal relatively speaking.
How long are these shows typically? I might do one of the Thursday night shows and/or Matt & Kim.
wish they at least did will call only, or resale for face value.. hoping i can somehow find a cheapish ticket.
the late nights i've gone to previously have been normal sets. i've mentioned on here before, but if you're going to any of the masquerade venues, get there EARLY. the line's a mess.

*looks at me going to masquerade on Thursday and Saturday*

...welp.
Thursday might be ok but Friday 2021 LN was a total disaster. Took over an hour to get in. It’s a cool venue but terribly ran.
an 8 ticket limit for something like this is way too high
The band didnt give a shit to put any safeguards like they used to do for shows like this. When they did their pre grammy show here in 2011 you had to give them your name along with the name of your plus 1 when you bought your ticket in person for example.

this looks to be on the promoter. It looks like SK took their post down celebrating the sell out of the show after all of the negative comments. Now it’s just the poster with all of the shows now. Between the bands dwindling popularity, the festival, and it being a Ticketmaster event, it was the perfect cocktail for this to happen.

Thats so dumb. They wanna dance while they know a lot of people got screwed over cause they didnt want legit people to get in. Saw lots of people already drop money on stubhub cause they knew it would sellout in 5 mins.

I’ve never been down to the fest and I’ve never seen how they handle the sales of these late shows. They knew they could instantly sell it out doing it the way they did. If AF does care, I doubt they’d even say anything publicly about it. The bands not in a great spot to criticize the ticketing process when Win’s own ethics are in question.

The tour Weezer is announcing tomorrow is apparently a space themed tour going through the full blue album and then their hits from each album. Which is a weird and tricky way to say they’re adding two songs onto their last tours setlist. Hoping they play shows before the fest to get a gauge on if that’s what’s going on.

Ok top 10/ schedule now that schedule and late nights dropped plus time to research
1. Microwave late night 2. Weezer 3. Offspring 4. Waxahatchee 5. Psychedelic Porn Crumpets 6. Microwave 7. Kid Kapichi 8. Billy Idol 9. QOTSA 10. Arcade Fire/ Yves Tumor - this is a gametime decision
Fri: Kid Kapichi > Pigs x7 > Win Lips > Metric > Porn Crumpies > Young the Giant > Interpol > AF/ Yves > microwave late night Sat: prob won't get in til like 3 but if i feel superhuman, Been Stellar > Lido Pimienta > Blondshell > Grace Cummings > Bad Nerves > Microwave > Offspring > QOTSA > Weezer Honestly an hour break between sets to get a drink, pee and get a good spot for 3 of the bands I want to see the most works out so well. Would love to see SDRE but they'll be around Sun: Benches > Fazerdaze > Arcy Drive > Nova Twins > Men I trust > Waxahatchee > Billy Idol > PTM > Foos
1 - Waxahatchee 2 - Miike Snow/Queens of the Stone Age (game day decision) 3 - Arcade Fire/Yves Tumor (game day decision) 4 - Microwave 5 - Winona Fighter 6 - Metric 7 - Matt and Kim 8 - Dead Poet Society 9 - Psychedelic Porn Crumpets 10 - Foo Fighters
Thursday: Interpol Late night Friday: Linka Moja -> Ax and the Hatchetmen -> Kid Kapichi -> Pigs x7 -> Wine Lips -> Pond -> Psychedelic Porn Crumpets -> All Them Witches -> Interpol (Probably) -> Arcade Fire -> Noah Kahan -> Miike Snow late night Saturday: (Have a friend who's out of town coming with me) Chicano Batman -> Dead Poet Society -> SDRE or Offspring (Still torn up about this conflict) -> Palace -> Queens of the Stone Age -> Weezer -> Arcade Fire late night Sunday: Benches -> Eric Slick -> Royel Otis -> Lamont Landers & The Struts (but might be closer to an almost 2 hour break outside the venue?) -> Men I Trust -> Dinosaur Jr -> Billy Idol -> Portugal. The Man -> Foo Fighters
If I was going to be there for the early acts on Saturday, it'd be: Been Stellar -> Friday Pilots Club -> Pool Kids -> Tigercub -> Quarters of Change -> Bad Nerves
All in all I see at least 26 bands with 2 of my favorite bands (Interpol and Arcade Fire) being 2x. I'm insanely happy. Sad I have to miss either SDRE or Offspring, Young the Giant, girl in red and The Revivalists but I'm insanely happy.

Sounds like Rivers is teasing Bsides for the blue tour. I’m back in. Shakey Knees liked the post of the tour announcement, I wonder when and if they will give an official confirmation on us getting that.
