Any idea/guesses on other acts lining up to play?
I take it BJM from the most recent ig post. Altin gun lines up, UMO posted it, Alan Palomo will be in TX that weekend. I think Death From Above 1979 will in TX as well if that fits?
Admittedly am tired of Black Angels being myself from Austin. I get they created the fest but they were at APF and the past 2 Lev as headliners and could go for someone else in a headliner slot
Slowdive have that Halloween weekend free and will be in the states a few weeks before but I don’t know if those UK dates on the 30th and 31st will be too much of a hassle to deal with.

I find it a bit hard with the large gap from their last Cali show and then going back to the UK. They also did skip out on the Southern half of the US. I can see them doing a second leg tour next year and making it for the spring fest maybe?

Think you may be right-Levitation has been posting about them alot-UMO/Slowdive show at Stubbs?

I have to admit while I do hate the downtown venues location, I can at least appreciate that Levitation is better at comms then Desert Daze. They at least acknowledged the lineup is "coming around the corner" as of today.
Caught it, am pretty damn happy with it. Sunday seems light in terms of # of artists and I have beef w Black Angels being there every year taking a headlining spot but makes sense with the other artists for Sat this time around at least

Sunday is pretty light, I’m wondering if they add more to it. Thursday kinda lacks a punch as well.
