Introduction
This is part of my project o write a brief history of bonnaroo. We all remember bonnaroo, it’s a music festival that takes place in tennessee. It was started by two guys: Ashley Caps and i think his brother. They bought a farm in Manchester, TN and built some stages and invited some friends. What most people don’t remember the inaugural Bonnaroo took place in 2002, and what most people don’t remember is it was free. Headliners were Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio, and Karl Denson. There were late night shows and you could smoke weed anywhere in there and nobody gave you a hard time about it. Notable performances included...
