Breaking three and a half years of silence on this forum to say that I'll be there. I've done my share of single days the past five years or so, but this year will be my first time doing the whole weekend.
Hell, this is going to be my first full weekend festival since Bonnaroo 2013... but that's on me for spending most of my 30s in a relationship and place that weren't the right fit.
So I'll be bringing my midlife crisis tour to Chicago next weekend. See you there?

there are definitely more food vendors this year than last, but there's 28 red food stalls in the main food area on the east side this year compared to 22 last year. Not a huge jump but hopefully relieves some of the pressure.

I would assume this is RF's way of involving the immediate neighborhood since apparently there's all this animosity about the fest coming back to Douglass Park year after year.
Catching Bully tonight, then driving in tomorrow morning. Have a couple ~secret~ parking spots that have worked for me in the past. Since I'll be pretty deep in the crowd most of the fest, I plan on arriving fairly early each to day so I can walk around and enjoy the festival grounds. Safe travels everyone! And overmono was super fun even though being tired and drink a bit too much kinda killed the second half of it for me. Was great meeting LD & hoffm83n I can’t describe how much better it’s made my festival going life this year to have cool people to meet up with at shows, shout out inforoo dot com
The only GA water station is down which is concerning. Currently in line for a drinking fountain. FEA sounding good tho! Also, glad to report the grape Riot Pop does indeed taste like purple
